Choose from a bunch of question options, from multiple choice to dropdowns to a linear scale. Add images and videos, or get fancy with page branching and question skip logic. To start a new form, click the red New button in the upper left. The form appears in a new browser window or tab.
Enter to create and open a new blank form automatically. A new form will open. Set up rules for a question.
Here’s how you can use branching logic to send people to questions that pertain to their responses. If you need help with this step, check out my tutorial here. Click on InsertPage Break.
Alternatively, you can find the Page Break option in the Add Item drop down menu at the end of every section. The new page will be inserted at the bottom of your form or after the question you select. In the top right, click More.
From there, click the vertical dots icon in the upper right. StepNavigate to your Gmail account. For best, do this on a computer.
This is the nine-dot grid in the top right corner of your screen, to the left of your Gmail account picture. Forms will organize the responses with real-time charts, or you can view it in Sheets for more thorough analysis. If you have a long form with multiple sections, you may want to break it up into multiple pages to make it more user-friendly. Go to the Response Tab, click the 3-dot vertical menu and select the response destination.
Add a title and description for your form, then enter your questions. For our purposes, I chose the "Contact Information" template, under the "Personal" category. Once you choose a template, follow these steps: 1. If the questions already exist in your survey, drag them directly into the section where you want them to appear.
Note: Branching logic works only for questions that use multiple choice or drop-down answers in them. Next, click on a question to add branching logic to. These custom surveys can be embedded within ClubRunner pages using the steps below. If you haven’t already created a form, then select a template to start a new form.
First you need to provide a form title, description, and then you can start adding your form fields. Simply select text and click a button to add your questions. Now, you can export it into any format you need to make it more accessible, shareable, and easier to present.
You can also add a description. The plus sign becomes a purple pencil and purple page icon. Once the window opens, choose the template “Contact information. From here, you will first Title Your Form in the white form box at the top where it says “Untitled Form.
By typing in your title, it will automatically also title the form with the same name in the upper left-hand corner. Also, make sure to link a Spreadsheet when you are creating a form.
This sheet will have all the answers from the respondents along with a link to the uploaded files. Even though it lacks features, both users and business owners enjoy it because it’s easy to use. With your mouse, hover More to see submenu. Otherwise tyoe it in yourself.
